The work
Most of what gets called a development problem in this industry is an unanswered question about a rule. You will be the person who gets those answered: what qualifies, what contributes, what an agent may override, and what the monthly return needs that nobody has captured yet.
- Run discovery with commercial, operations, risk, compliance and support, and resolve the contradictions on paper
- Write requirements with acceptance criteria, rule tables and edge cases that leave nothing to invention
- Specify supplier integrations field by field, including error, retry and reconciliation behaviour
- Agree one definition per reported metric and write it down with its source and calculation
- Map regulatory obligations to the controls that satisfy them, traceably

What we need from you
- Business analysis experience in iGaming, payments or another regulated domain
- Fluency in bonus mechanics, wallet behaviour or regulatory reporting, ideally more than one
- Precise written English and the patience to keep asking until an answer is unambiguous
- Comfort working directly with engineers through delivery, not handing over a document
Useful, not required
- SQL or aggregation experience, enough to check a number yourself
- Exposure to licence applications, certification or audit

Introduction
Thirty minutes with the person who would lead your work. Not a screening call with a recruiter who cannot answer your questions.

Technical conversation
Ninety minutes on real problems from our domain. No algorithm puzzles, no whiteboard theatre, no trick questions.

Paid exercise
Optional, four hours maximum, paid at your day rate. Only where a conversation genuinely cannot settle the question.

Offer
A decision within two working days of the final stage, with written feedback either way.
